Katja Stojkovič is a bioinformatician working for Region Västerbotten. Before leaving academia, Katja finished her PhD at the biotechnical faculty at the University of Ljubljana and continued her academic career as a Postdoc at UPSC. Denise Rawcliffe is an adjunct clinical laboratory geneticist for Region Västerbotten. Denise finished her PhD at Umeå University and worked as a Postdoc before joining Region Vesterbotten. Domenique André and Romain Castilleux are molecular biologists for Region Västerbotten. Domenique's and Romain's background is in plant science, and before switching to the industry, Domenique finished her PhD at UPSC. Romain received his PhD at the Université de Rouen Normandie and worked as a Postdoc at UPSC.

Speaker: Jenny Veide Vilg
Jenny Veide Vilg is working as a Unit Manager for Process Engineering, Security, and Hygiene at the RISE Research Institute of Sweden. Before leaving academia, Jenny finished her PhD at the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg with a focus on biotechnology, microbiology, and food science. After her PhD, she continued her academic career as a Postdoc at the University of Gothenburg and as a researcher and project manager at the Chalmers University of Technology. Jenny worked as a project leader at a grants office before she moved on as a unit manager at RISE.
