This project explores how residual biomass from the forest and food industries can be converted into high-quality animal feed using novel fermentation and pelleting techniques. The goal is to develop circular solutions that contribute to more sustainable and resource-efficient food systems.
The project is funded by the Kamprad Family Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Research & Charity through the call A Better Environment and Improved Quality of Life for the Elderly 2024.
