FT-IR Microspectroscopy of Plant Tissues

I am currently developing a new FT-IR microspectroscopic method to determine differences in the chemical composition of a wide range of wood samples. The technique is fast, inexpensive and non-destructive, thus particularly suited for in situ analysis.
